Technically, digitization means the process of converting data or information into digital format. But the point here is basic: we are talking about using digital technologies to change a business model and provide new revenue and value-producing opportunities; it is the process of moving to a digital business.
And there is no better place to learn about it than DIGITAL X, an event hosted and organized by Deutsche Telekom.
